What a great read. Thank you 🙏🏽 maybe you can do a write up on the bet he made and turned it into half a billion through Li Lu.... I know the story vaguely if had read a magazine I think it was Barons for 50 years it was a cigar but also.... Anyways ended up turning 80 million to 140 million giving it Li Lu who turned it into 500 million that was at the time I know he spoke about it and also monish prabai has also told the story a few times s

I was reading about that story too, and I actually have a rough draft on it. I think you mean his Tenneco investment.

I can’t say for sure when I’ll turn it into a full write-up. I have two other stocks I want to cover first, but maybe after that.

I actually really enjoy doing these write-ups.

Does Value Investing means at 0% growth and Growth Investing means at 0 value?

Certainly not.

Value Investing and Growth investing are not independent.

They coexist in a stock.

A stock always have a value (-ve or +be) and growth (-ve or +ve).

Forcily categorizing investing into value and growth is irrational.

An investor shall weight both value, quality and growth together.
